Château Fabre Cordon

Château Fabre Cordon is a family winery where everyone contributes their skills and strength of character!
Some in the vineyard, others in the cellar or in the trade... We all share the same noble profession of winemaker.
In Gallo-Roman times, the lands of Château Fabre Cordon belonged to the Villa de la Bendarelle on the Via Domitia,
which connected Spain with Italy. Over the centuries, viticulture became more important than agriculture,
which was mainly due to the Benedictine and later Cistercian monks living in the region.
In this context of renewal, Monique and Henri Fabre founded a winery in the 1970s.
In 2020, the reorientation into an organic winery with fantastic qualities began.
