• Delivery
  • 1. Unless otherwise agreed or otherwise stated on the item we deliver, stock provided - at the latest within 5 working days. The delivery time for payment in advance begins after the customer has arranged for his payment, for other payment methods (eg cash on delivery or invoice), the delivery period begins after order acceptance by us. On Sundays and bank holidays is not delivered, the delivery time is extended accordingly.
  • 2. We are entitled to partial deliveries to a reasonable extent. For partial deliveries, the customer only has to bear the shipping costs that would have been incurred in the case of the total delivery of the ordered goods.

According to the youth protection law, we do not give wines to young people under 16 years and no spirits to young people under 18 years. Spirits and alcoholic liquids suitable for the production of alcoholic and alcoholic beverages may therefore not be ordered by persons who have not yet reached the age required for this purpose.
