The country, the Champagne, is an exceptional wine-garden, which would not be better maintained in the world. From pruning to the date of vintage devoted Fleury-Gille the time, expertise and energy of careful care of their vineyards to grow grapes of the highest quality. On the 8 hectares of their, lying on the slopes of the Marne Valley area, they build on the following three champagne grape varieties:

- Pinot Meunier (dark grape with white meat), gives the wine richness and fruitiness.

- Pinot Noir (dark grape with white meat), gives body and vinosity.

- Chardonnay (bright grape), the finesse and lightness brings.

Careful harvest and gentle pressing, according to the Champagne tradition. The harvest is done entirely by hand in order not to damage the grape bunches. These are then quickly, but, taken with the utmost care for wine. Thereafter, the grapes according to traditional, quality-oriented, certified wine, pressed delicately (to prevent discoloration of the juice).

After the winter the family Fleury applies to the stored wines to taste and thus create the future cuvées. This is the precursor for the other key stages of champagne wine, all of which are conducted at the winery, in his own basement: bottling, carbonated development, maturation, Shake, disgorging, dosing ....
