A strong red in the glass, with fragrant notes of red berries and dark fruits and a hint of caramel. You won't find such a wine everywhere. Round, elegant with a long finish. The mild acidity make it the epitome of a new generation of wines from the Balearic Islands. A mouth full of dark fruits, a touch of fine spices and caramel, are reminiscent of great wines from Bordeaux. 100% Syrah from mostly 40 year old vines. Hand picking and strict selection of the grapes.
