The anchovy cream with fennel from Provence is a spread, dip with fish (délices de la mer). Also ideal for dipping and refining. The ingredients: anchovy cream 41% (salted anchovy 34%), sunflowers and olive oil, wine vinegar, coarse pepper, laurel, lemon juice concentrate, salt, spices, fennel extract 0.02%. Without preservative substancesAllergens: Contains fish, sulfites, May contain traces of egg, milk mustard and sesame.
