The term Cava is derived from "cueva", the Spanish word for "cave", which refers to the traditional storage cellar. The use of indigenous varieties, the mild climate and the different layers give the Cava its special charm. This sparkling wine is made in the traditional way, ie in the classic Champagne method according to the champagne method.
When Perelada Cava SEC are the grape varieties: Macabeo (35%), Xarel • lo (33%), Parellada (32%).The second fermentation takes place according to the traditional method in the bottle, which is stored in the cellar for twelve months.
Shiny pale yellow color. Fine flower aromas with maturing nuances. Sweet, balanced on the palate, full-bodied and persistent.
