White truffles fresh - tuber magnatum Pico Alba certified per gram

End of September 31st December. Occurrence: approx. 25 tons / year in the area Piedmont / Alba. The sorting is from 25g to 100g. (Sometimes bigger). Brownish white truffle (tartufo bianco) with a relatively smooth surface and an intense smell. The color of the pulp looks like a tree, the shape depending on the soil. White truffles are usually only planed over the finished food. It is expected to be 5g (small appetizer) to 15g (lusciously over the main course) per serving. This truffle is only displayed in Alba and is individually packed and sealed, the site is certified and certified by the City of Alba.
