KÖNIGSSCHILD RIESLING 2018 TESCH
VERY ELEGANT AND STRAIGHT LINE RIESLING
LIMESTONE AND LOSS
HIGH SHARE OF CALCIUM
South of the LÖHRER BERG we find the loose loess clay of the KÖNIGSSCHILDS, which is interspersed with shell limestone. The looseness of the soil is due to the fact that the old vine roots, the deep water seeping away, work up to 15 feet deep into the ground. Especially in her youth, the Rieslings smell wonderfully playful and floral. The taste is polished, soft and elegant. The naming is probably due to the affiliation to the Ingelheimer Palatinate, the winter residence of Charlemagne.
