Raspberry vinegar - Rittergut Valenbrook 200ml
Raspberry vinegar according to an old German estate recipe with fresh forest raspberries and Ceylon cinnamon. The fine fruit of the aromatic raspberry vinegar combines wonderfully with walnut oil and a little acacia honey, especially for bitter salads such as radicchio and chicory. A delicious vinaigrette made from raspberry vinegar and grapeseed oil also goes well with dark oak leaf salad, Lolo Rosso or as a base for classic sauces such as beurre blanc, hollandaise sauce and béarnaise sauce. You can also try this vinegar for pickling fish (ceviche) and meat. Also delicious as a refreshing spritzer filled with mineral water.
