Desietra caviar comes from the Fulda aquaculture plant of the company Desietra GmbH. Here the Baerii sturgeon is bred without the use of chemical or pharmaceutical additives and hormones. Caviar production takes place on a 14-day rhythm and allows for absolutely fresh caviar in the same high quality all year round. Desietra Baeriskaya caviar is salted in a gentle process (Malossol).
