An organic wine as typical as its terroir, with fantastic quality, gorgeous. Its grapes are Syrah 70%, Grenache Noir 30% of 35 year old vines. In the vineyard, the biological treatment is conducted with all facets of a modern viticulture. The yield is 40hl / ha. In the glass an intense red color with beautiful purple hues. On the nose, fruity aromas of raspberry, hints of licorice. In the mouth, elegant and silky with fine tannins.
