This AOC Cuvée consists of Merlot & Cabernet Franc 50% and Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault for the remaining 50%. Hand picking at low temperatures and a barrel aging. In the glass a brilliant purple. On the nose, intense notes of cherries and plums, followed by the scent of vanilla, caramel and cocoa. In the mouth, round and smooth, perfectly between volume and vitality, balance on the palate, berry tones, late cherry, rich finish, smoothies, at the end of bitter almond taste.
