Les Délices du Luberon produces and expels specialities from the Provence and the Mediterranean region. The products are produced exclusively with fresh ingredients from the region (vegetables, olives and fish). Besides, the raw goods at the markets are selected very carefully. • Bread spreads with vegetables (délices delégumes). On vegetables and basil based assortment an inalienable component oft he Mediterranean kitchen and symbol of "bien manger" is in the Provence and around the Mediterranean. The vegetables are freshly delivered from the region and are processed.
• Bread spreads with fish (délices de la mer). On account of the nearness to the Mediterranean Sea thein fluence of sea products is very significant in the provenzalischen catering trade. The "Sardinade" or the "Thoionade" is a the best examples. The additions of the fishproducts come from the Provence and contain the typical spices. The products taste very freshly and ares lightly sharp.
